PraxorAI is a video rendering and distribution automation pipeline. It allows users to generate visual content and automatically distribute it to connected social media platforms, including YouTube and TikTok.

You assume full responsibility for all content uploaded via PraxorAI. When connecting third-party platforms, you agree to comply with their respective terms:

PraxorAI is not liable for account suspensions, shadowbans, or copyright strikes resulting from the content you choose to generate and upload through our API integrations.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you generate using PraxorAI. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any audio, images, or text provided to the engine for generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

PraxorAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not lost data or platform API outages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
